Owner and Valuator
Jack Schroeder is the owner and valuator at Peridot Valuation, a business valuation firm serving clients across the United States. He has prepared more than 80 business valuations, with extensive experience valuing both controlling and minority interests for ESOPs, divorce settlements, estate planning, and transaction analysis. Jack also brings hands-on experience valuing and transacting closely held companies, giving him a practical understanding of what drives value and risk in a business sale. He holds credentials as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Mergers and Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI), and is recognized by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and M&A Source. Jack earned his BS in Business Administration, with a minor in Applied Analytics, from the University of Southern California. He is committed to delivering high-quality, affordable valuations with fast turnaround for every client he serves.
